30% Acrylamide mix (Sigma-Aldrich A3574)
1.5 m Tris (pH 8.8)
10% SDS
10% ammonium sulfate
0.04% TEMED (N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine)
Combine ingredients immediately before use.
