DISC Lysis Buffer

• 30 mm Tris–HCl (pH 7.0)

• 120 mm NaCl

• 10% Glycerol

• 1% Triton X-100

• Complete Protease Inhibitor Cocktail Tablets (Roche)

Prepare 50-mL aliquots of the buffer and store them at −20°C. The buffer is stable for at least 1 yr under these conditions.
