Malt Extract Agar (MEA) Medium
For 1 L of MEA (Gutz and Doe 1973), mix 30 g of malt extract with 20 g of agar and bring to 1 L with H2O. Sterilize by autoclaving at 10 psi for 15 min. Store at 4°C.
