Recipe

Citrate-Phosphate Buffer (50 mm, pH 5.6)

Na2HPO4 (anhydrous)   7.10 g
Citric acid 11.50 g
Dissolve in 1 L of distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving. (The final solution contains 50 mm Na2HPO4.)
