Tris–HCl 10 mm, pH 7.6
CaCl2      10 mm
Sorbitol      1.2 m
Yeast extract   0.5 mg/mL
Leucine    5 µg/mL
Uracil    5 µg/mL
Adenine    5 µg/mL
Arginine    5 µg/mL
Histidine    5 µg/mL
Combine components in distilled water and filter-sterilize. Make fresh for each transformation.
