Phosphate Buffer (100 mm, pH 6.0)

| Dibasic sodium phosphate (200 mm) | 6.2 mL |
| Distilled water | 50 mL |
| Mix thoroughly to give 100 mL of 100 mm stock solution. Check pH and store for up to 3 mo at 4°C. | |
