| Prepare poly-l-lysine in borate buffer (1.24 g boric acid, 1.90 g sodium tetraborate, pH 8.5, in 500 mL deionized water). Filter the solution by using a 0.2-µm-pore membrane filter. Store filtered solution up to 1 mo at 4°C. | |
