YPD (1× and 2×)

1× YPD 2× YPD
Glucose (20% in water) 100 mL 200 mL
Peptone 20 g 40 g
Yeast extract 10 g 20 g
Water 900 mL 800 mL
Dissolve all components in the water and sterilize by autoclaving for 20 min at 15 psi (1.05 kg/cm2) on liquid cycle. Store for up to 1 yr at room temperature.
