Quantazyme Stock Solution
Prepare stock of 20,000 units/mL Quantazyme (MP Biomedicals, Qbiogene, Quantum Biotechnologies) in 50 mm potassium phosphate monobasic (pH 7.5). Store at −20°C. (Solution may be stored at least 4 years without detectable loss of activity in cell wall fractionation assay.)
