ELISA Blocking Buffer

Bovine serum albumin (BSA; 1.0%)

Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) <R>

Tween 20 (0.1%)

5% Non-fat powdered milk or whey protein isolate can be used in place of BSA to block any portion of the ELISA plate well that is not coated by the capture antibody.
