| Store at room temperature. Aliquot a sufficient volume required for tissue lysis, chill on ice, and add protease and/or phosphatase inhibitors (0.2 mm PMSF, 10 mm β-mercaptoethanol, 1 mm sodium vanadate, 10 mm NaF) before immediate use. | ||
