| MgCl2 (1 m; Fluka 63020) | 1 mm | 0.5 mL |
| CaCl2 (1 m; Fluka 21114) | 2 mm | 1 mL |
| Adjust pH to 7.4 with NaOH. After mixing all ingredients, check the osmolality—it should be 310–320 mOsm/kg. Filter-sterilize (0.2-µm pore size) and store at 4°C. | ||
