Bead Wash Buffer C

10% 2-propanol

10% ethanol

1.2 m NaCl

0.2% sodium dodecyl sulfate

100 mm Tris

8 m urea

Adjust pH to 8.0. Prepare within a few days of the experiment and store at room temperature (20°C–25°C).
