DMSO (1.5 m) Cryoprotectant Solution

DMSO 1.1 mL
M2 medium with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), sterile 8.9 mL
Store the cryoprotectant at room temperature.
Other HEPES-buffered media can be substituted for M2.
