Tris-Buffered Saline (TBS) for Immunoassays

Reagent Amount per 1 L of solution
NaCl 8 g
KCl 0.2 g
Tris–HCl 3 g
Adjust to pH 7.6 using 1 n NaOH. Store at ambient temperature.
