| Dissolve the yeast nitrogen base, ammonium sulfate, and dextrose in water. In amounts specified by the supplier, dissolve
the CSM (minus those amino acids or nucleotides used for selection) in the solution. Add the agar (if preparing plates). Bring
the final volume to 1 L with water. Autoclave for 20 min at 121°C and 0.5 bar. Store for several weeks at room temperature.
