Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP; 10%–12%; 360 kDa)
Prepare a 10%–12% PVP (360 kDa) solution in CZB-HEPES medium, and shake overnight to dissolve the PVP completely. Incompletely dissolved PVP solutions may damage the plasma membranes of oocytes and donor cells. The solution can be stored for at least 6 mo at 4°C or −20°C.
