1. To prepare EnzymeMix1 of the Neural Tissue Dissociation Kit (Miltenyi Biotec, catalog no. 130-092-628), combine 50 µL of Solution 1 with 1900 µL of Solution 2.

2. Vortex and incubate it (37°C, 20 min) to get EnzymeMix1.
