S. pombe Nuclear Isolation Buffer (NIB)
17% glycerol
50 mm MOPS
150 mm potassium acetate
2 mm MgCl2
0.5 mm spermidine
0.15 mm spermine
Combine all the components and adjust to pH 7.2 with 10 m KOH. Make fresh and filter-sterilize before use. Keep in the dark by wrapping the containing tube in aluminum foil.
