Reagent Quantity (1 L) Final concentration
NaCl 16.4 g 280 mm
HEPES (C8H18N2O4S) 11.9 g  50 mm
Na2HPO4·7H2O 0.38 g 1.42 mm
H2O to 1 L
Adjust pH to 7.05 with 10 m NaOH. Sterilize by passing through a 0.22-μm filter and store at room temperature.
