KOH  7.854 g 140 mm
HEPES  4.766 g  20 mm
KCl 0.1491 g  2 mm
EGTA 0.3804 g  1 mm
Methanesulfonic acid 13.314 g 140 mm
H2O   to 1 L
Use methanesulfonic acid to adjust the pH to 7.1–7.2. Store for up to 3 years at room temperature (22°C–24°C).
