Nuclear Fix Solution

Combine 125 µL 2 m sucrose, 12.5 µL 1 m HEPES-KOH pH 7.8, 250 µL 37% formaldehyde, 112 µL ddH2O, and 0.5 µL Hoechst stock solution (10 mg/mL). Store at room temperature for up to several months.
