3-Aminobenzoic Acid Ethyl Ester (MS-222) Stock Solution (200 mg/L)
Dissolve 0.2 g of MS-222 (Sigma-Aldrich A5040; CAS No. 886-86-2) in 800 mL of FETAX solution. Add 200 mg of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) and dilute to 1 L with FETAX solution. Sterilization is not required. Store at 4°C.
