Marc's Modified Ringer's (MMR) Solution (10×, pH 7.4)

51.4 g NaCl

2.94 g CaCl2·2H2O

2.03 g MgCl2·6H2O

11.9 g HEPES

6.67 mL 3 m KCl

Combine the reagents listed above and bring the volume to 1 L with H2O. Store for up to 2 years at room temperature.
