| Dissolve the reagents in MilliQ-H2O, and adjust the pH to 7.0–7.3 with 0.1 m NaOH. Measure the osmolarity of the buffer before use; it should be at 30 µS. Use an osmometer like ECTestr Low (0–1990 µS) from Eutech Instruments. | |
