1/20× NAM (Normal Amphibian Medium)

Recipe

Reagent	Volume
10× NAM salts solution	5 mL
0.1 m NaPO₄, pH 7.5	20 mL
0.1 m NaHCO₃	0.5 mL
Bring to 1 L with autoclaved dH₂O. Prepare using sterile technique; do not resterilize this working solution. (This recipe was adapted from Slack 1984.)
