Xenopus Eye Culture Medium

Reagent Concentration
Amphotericin B (Sigma-Aldrich A9528) 2.5 µg/mL
Penicillin (Sigma-Aldrich P3032) 100 U/mL
Marbofloxacin (Sigma-Aldrich 34039)  4 µg/mL
Streptomycin (Sigma-Aldrich S1277) 100 µg/mL
Prepare fresh, just before use, in modified Leibovitz's L-15 medium. (Note: Marbofloxacin is added to prevent Pseudomonas contamination.)
