PEG (20%)/1.5 m NaCl

Reagent Amount to add (for 50 mL) Final concentration
40% PEG 8000 25 mL  20%
NaCl (5 m) 15 mL 1.5 m
ddH2O (sterile) 10 mL
Store for up to 6 mo at 4°C.
