BW (Bind & Wash) Buffer (2×)

Reagent Amount to add (for 50 mL) Final concentration
Tris-HCl (1 m, pH 7.5)   500 µL 10 mm
NaCl (5 m)   20 mL   2 m
EDTA (0.5 m, pH 8.0)   100 µL  1 mm
ddH2O (sterile) 29.40 mL
Store for up to 1 yr at room temperature.
