DNA Isolation Buffer

Reagent Amount to add (for 1 mL) Final concentration
Lysis Buffer for Xenopus Hi-C 909 µL
NaCl (5 m)  66 µL   330 mm
RNase A (10 µg/µL)  25 µL 250 ng/µL
Store for up to 1 mo at 4°C. SDS precipitates at 4°C; thoroughly resuspend before using the buffer after storage at 4°C
