Erratum: Skin Grafting in Xenopus laevis: A Technique for Assessing Development and Immunological Disparity

In earlier versions of this protocol, the strength of Steinberg's solution was incorrect in the title of the recipe and in the Reagents list. It should have been 1×, not 10×. This error occurred as a result of a misunderstanding while the protocol was being reformatted for publication. The publisher apologizes for the error. The current version of the protocol and the HTML version of the recipe (doi: 10.1101/pdb.rec106336) have been corrected with the recipe shown below.
Steinberg's Solution (1×)
3.4 g/L NaCl
0.05 g/L KCl
0.08 g/L Ca(NO3)2 · 4H2O
0.1025 g/L MgSO4
0.56 g/L Tris-HCl (pH 7.4)
10 mg/L phenol red
For convenience, prepare a 10× stock solution. Store the 10× stock solution for no longer than a few months at room temperature.
