Homemade Chemiluminescent Substrate Solution for HRP: Solution A

Reagent Quantity (for 100 mL) Final concentration
Tris (1 m, pH 8.6)    10 mL  100 mm
Sodium luminol    50 mg 1.25 mm
Ultrapure H2O Up to 100 mL
Keep in the dark for up to a month at 4°C.
