MEM Salts (10×; pH 7.4)

209.3 g MOPS

76.08 g EGTA

2.46 g MgSO4

Add to a 2-L beaker. Make up to 1 L with deionized H2O. Adjust pH to 7.4 using NaOH and sterilize by autoclaving. Store at 4°C protected from light (wrapped in foil).
