Recipe

MMR (10×; pH 7.5)

58.45 g NaCl

1.5 g KCl

2 g MgCl2

2.7 g CaCl2

11.9 g HEPES

Add to a 2-L beaker. Make up to 1 L with deionized H2O. Adjust pH to 7.5 using NaOH and sterilize by autoclaving. Store indefinitely at room temperature.
