MGY (Minimal Glycerol) Medium

Glycerol (10%) 100 mL
H2O 800 mL
Autoclave for 20 min on liquid cycle. Cool the solution to below 60°C and add:
YNB (10×) <R> 100 mL
Biotin (0.02%) <R>  2 mL
MGY stores well for several months at room temperature in the dark.
