| Prepare solution with deionized H2O. Adjust pH to 7.25 using 1 n NaOH, and adjust osmolarity to 255 mOsm using sucrose (if prepared properly, osmolarity should not need to be adjusted). Prepare fresh on the day of the experiment. | |
