NaCl 115 mm
KCl  4 mm
CaCl2  3 mm
MgCl2  3 mm
HEPES  5 mm
Glucose  10 mm
Glycine   10 µm
Adjust the pH to 7.2 with NaOH. Adjust the osmolarity to 255. Filter-sterilize and store for up to 1 mo at 4°C.
