Sonication Buffer

Reagent Quantity (for 1 L) Final concentration
Tris-Cl (1 m, pH 8.0)  50 mL  50 mm
NaCl 29.22 g  500 mm
Glycerol, anhydrous 150 mL 15% (v/v)
Imidazole (for proteins to be purified by IMAC)  0.68 g  10 mm
Store at 4°C.
