Resuspension–Lysis Buffer

Reagent Quantity Final concentration
TE8 buffer 943 µL 10 mm Tris-HCl (pH 8)  1 mm EDTA
SDS (10%) 50 µL 0.5%
NaCl (5 m) 2 µL 10 mm
Proteinase K (20 mg/mL) 5 µL 100 µg/mL

  • Make resuspension–lysis buffer fresh from stock solutions. Do not store the leftover volume.
