| Store 100-µL aliquots of 200 mM l-glutamine and 1-mL aliquots of FBS at −20°C and use them to supplement L15 media on the day of sperm cryopreservation. (l-glutamine solutions degrade relatively rapidly, although the powder form is very stable.) | |
