Marc's Modified Ringers (MMR) (1×, without EDTA)

5 mm HEPES (free acid)

100 mm NaCl

2 mm KCl

1 mm MgCl2

2 mm CaCl2

Prepare as a 10× stock and adjust pH to 7.4–7.8 with NaOH. Store at room temperature.
