Marc’s Modified Ringer’s (MMR; 10×; pH 7.6)

58.44 g NaCl

1.5 g KCl

2.94 g CaCl2

2.03 g MgCl2

35.7 g HEPES

Prepare 1 L of 10× stock in sterile water. Adjust pH to 7.6 with 5 m NaOH. Filter sterilize and store at room temperature.
