| Combine the components in the order given using a disposable plastic container with a tightly fitting lid. By shaking the
container, mix vigorously until the mixture is foamy. Next, fill 20–50-mL plastic disposable syringes and seal the syringes
using Parafilm. Store the syringes at −20°C. When thawing for use, do not open the syringe until it has reached room temperature
to avoid condensation on the cold plastic, which may result in fractures during sectioning.
