Reagent Amount
Normal goat serum (NGS; 100%) (e.g., Jackson ImmunoResearch 005-000-001) 200 µL
Phosphate-buffered saline with Triton X-100 1.8 mL

  • Store in 1-mL aliquots for up to 1 yr at −20°C.
