qPCR-MasterMix (qPCR-MM)
For each reaction prepare:
5 µL SsoAdvanced Universal SYBR Green Supermix (Bio-Rad 172-5274)
250 nm forward primer
250 nm reverse primer
Bring to a total volume of 8 µL with RNase- and DNase-free H2O. The total volume of qPCR-MM per qPCR reaction is 8 µL. Prepare the correct amount for the number of qPCR reactions and calculate a 10% excess to compensate for pipetting errors. Prepare fresh, store on ice, and protect from the light for the duration of the RT-qPCR.
