Lysis Buffer for Western Blotting of Killifish Tissues

10 mm Tris-HCl, pH 8

1% Triton X-100

150 mm NaCl

0.1% SDS

0.5% sodium deoxycholate

0.2% sodium azide

Prepare with milliQ-purified H₂O and supplement with protease inhibitors (Roche). Aliquot and store for up to 1 yr at −80°C. Do not refreeze after use.
