80 mm Na₂HPO₄.2H₂O

20 mm KH₂PO₄

1.5 m NaCl

30 mm KCl

0.4% NaN₃

Prepare with milliQ-purified H₂O and adjust pH to 7.4 with 5 m NaOH. Make sure to check and adjust the pH prior to bringing the working solution up to the final dilution volume. Store in the dark for up to 1 yr at room temperature.
