Tris Sodium Chloride Blocking Buffer (TNB; 1×)
Make a 1× solution by suspending 0.5% (w/v) TSA Blocking Reagent (Perkin Elmer) in Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane buffered saline with Triton X-100 (TBST; 1×) (diluted from Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane buffered saline with Triton X-100 (TBST; 10×)).
Prepare 15 mL aliquots and store for up to 1 yr at −20°C.
