Prepare in distilled, deionized, milliQ-purified H2O and adjust the pH to 6.0 with 5 m NaOH. Make sure to check and adjust the pH before adding Tween 20 and bringing the stock solution up to the final dilution volume. Store for up to 1 yr at 4°C.
