Glycine Solution (1×)
Make a 100× stock solution by dissolving 190 mg of glycine in 5 mL phosphate-buffered saline with Triton X-100 (PBST; 0.1%). Store up to 4 wk at 4°C.
Freshly dilute the 100× solution 1/100 in 0.1% PBST to make the 1× working solution.
